On May 8th, Kaiser Permanente and Walden Development hosted an informational open house at Daniel Webster Elementary School. Hundreds of interested community members took the opportunity to learn about the project, ask questions, and provide valuable feedback on various topics, such as architecture, transportation and open space.
The project team would like to thank everyone who attended the meeting. We appreciate every conversation and look forward to continuing the discussion in the community. Click here to view the exhibits.

Kaiser Permanente looks forward to joining the Potrero Hill community.

Kaiser Permanente is proposing to bring a new, state-of-the-art medical office building at 16th and Mississippi in order to better serve its members in the local community. In addition to health care services, the mixed-use project will create approximately 189 residential units, ground floor retail space and approximately one-third of an acre of open space.

The proposed Kaiser Permanente Potrero facility is not a hospital and will not include an emergency room. The health care services we will be providing at our new, locally-focused medical office building will include the following:
  • Pediatrics
  • OB/GYN
  • Pharmacy
  • Internal/Family Medicine
  • Optical Sales and Optometry
  • Health Education/Living
  • Orthopedics and Minor Injury Clinic
  • Physical Therapy
  • Imaging
  • Clinical Lab
  • Dermatology
  • And more…
